All content on this website (text, images, logos, plant care guides) is the property of Evergreen Store and protected by copyright laws. Our premium plant varieties, including our exclusive Cherry Blossom Trees and Bamboo Trees, are cultivated with care and protected by plant breeders’ rights where applicable.

3. Product Information

3.1 Plant Descriptions

We take great care in describing our Apple Trees, Citrus Trees, and all other plants. However, natural variations in size, color, and growth patterns may occur. Images are for illustrative purposes.

3.2 Availability

Some plants like our sought-after Cherry Trees or Banana Trees may have seasonal availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products.

4. Ordering and Payment

4.1 Order Process

When you order our Boxwood Shrubs or Blueberry Bushes:

• You receive an order confirmation email
• We process orders within 1-2 business days (longer during peak seasons)
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order

4.2 Payment Methods

• PayPal

Payment is processed at time of order. For security, we don’t store your payment information.

4.3 Pricing

Prices for our Arborvitae Trees and other plants are shown in USD. We occasionally adjust prices but won’t affect confirmed orders.

5. Shipping Policy

5.1 Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods for your Camellia Shrubs and other plants:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL/FedEx, arrives in 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, arrives in 15-25 business days

5.2 Delivery Areas

We ship worldwide except to parts of Asia and certain remote locations. Delivery estimates exclude customs clearance.

5.3 Plant Packaging

Your delicate Avocado Trees and Blackberry Bushes are packed with utmost care using specialized materials to ensure safe transit.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery when:

• Plants remain in original, resalable condition
• All original packaging is included
• Proof of purchase is provided

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

Due to their delicate nature, we cannot accept returns for:

• Bare-root plants (including certain Birch Trees and Ash Trees)
• Planted items or those removed from original containers
• Custom/special orders (like bulk Azalea Shrubs)

6.3 Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your return:

• Refunds process in 5-7 business days
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless due to our error)

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your Clematis arrives damaged or you receive wrong Coneflower varieties:

1. Take photos of packaging and plant within 48 hours
2. Email to [email protected]
3. We’ll arrange replacement or refund without return

8. Plant Care and Guarantees

While we nurture each Apple Tree and Barberry with care, plants are living organisms that require proper care after delivery. We provide detailed care guides but cannot guarantee survival after transfer to your garden.

9. Limitation of Liability

Evergreen Store shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Issues arising from improper plant care after delivery
• Delays due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, customs, etc.)

10. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important. We collect only necessary information to process your Citrus Trees order and improve your experience. We never sell your data.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vermont, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in Stowe, VT courts.
