We carefully prepare each order within 1-2 business days of purchase. During peak seasons, processing may occasionally take slightly longer as we ensure your plants are packed with utmost care.
Shipping Methods
We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx, arriving within 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days
Note: We currently ship worldwide except to parts of Asia and certain remote locations. Delivery estimates exclude customs clearance time.
Our Returns & Exchange Policy
We stand behind our garden-grown plants, from vibrant Azaleas to stately Cedar Trees. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how we make it right:
Eligibility
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery when:
- Plants remain in original, resalable condition
- All original packaging materials are included
- You provide proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their delicate nature, we cannot accept returns for:
- Bare-root plants (including certain Birch Trees and Ash Trees)
- Plants that have been planted or removed from original containers
- Custom/special orders (like bulk Arborvitae Trees for hedging)
Simple Return Process
- Contact us within 15 days at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Our Garden Care Team will respond within 2 business days with instructions
- Pack securely using all original packaging (as we did for your Bamboo Trees or Boxwood Shrubs)

Refund Details
After we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds process in 5-7 business days
- Credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless due to our error)
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new Blueberry Bushes or Clematis once return is processed
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your Avocado Trees arrive damaged or you receive the wrong variety of Blackberry Bushes:
- Take photos of packaging and plant within 48 hours of delivery
- Email photos and description to [email protected]
- We’ll arrange replacement or refund without requiring return
