This policy explains how we handle these requests with the same care we give our Citrus Trees and Cherry Blossoms.

Our Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Plants must be in their original, resalable condition
  • All original packaging materials must be included
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their perishable nature, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Bare-root plants (including some Birch Trees and Ash Trees)
  • Any plants that have been planted or removed from their original containers
  • Custom or special order items (such as bulk Arborvitae Trees for hedging)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your plants:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our “Garden Care Team” will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Pack your items securely in the original packaging (just as we shipped your Bamboo Trees or Azaleas)
  4. Ship the package to our nursery at the address below
  5. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or ship your replacement

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) will be credited
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new Blueberry Bushes or Clematis once the return is processed

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as shipping the wrong Blackberry Bushes variety). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your Avocado Trees arrive damaged or you receive the wrong item:

  1. Take photos of the packaging and plant within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Email the photos and description to [email protected]
  3. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund without requiring return of the damaged item
